I am not sure if for the company this role means an architect or a team lead with designing and architecture skills. The process took about a month, but the HR team was very cool and supportive. The technical interviews, however, were a different story. I had three interviews; two were pleasant, and even though I didn't pass, the interviewers were kind and supportive. The last one was with a manager, and I felt it was set up for failure. I am not yet an architect, and I had very little time, only 15 minutes, to provide a solution for a design problem. I proposed several solutions, but as more solutions were offered, more constraints and considerations appeared. The interviewer indicated that solving it would take several months.

Besides speaking from my experience, I need to provide a solution for the following problem: You need to indicate how you can separate users based on a configuration that you don't know, but it will change when the application user decides.

This solution should consider that the selected users should always be in these selected groups, even if the user turns off the computer or enters the next day. The user still has the same group until the configuration changes. It is also possible that the configuration indicates that the user will be in another group.

Also, you need to consider that the user will not be stored anywhere, and you cannot store them in any database.
