Pros: An absolutely employee-friendly company. It always follows and enforces all policies to make employees adopt its core values, which makes the whole environment cool and enjoyable.
It's the only company I have seen in my career that does all it can to make employees financially secure and mentally and physically healthy.
If you have been offered a position, don't miss it; I must suggest.
