My experience at the Austin, TX location was poor. I would try to avoid PayPal interviews and not waste your time.

The interviewers didn't seem to know the best or worst-case scenarios for the algorithms they presented, nor how they truly worked. They appeared to simply copy problems from LeetCode without understanding the potential solutions.

The HR representative called me right after the interview, stating it was positive and offering some lowball numbers. I rejected the initial offer. Three weeks later, I received an email stating they were not moving forward with my application.
