Process
I had a 30-minute phone interview first. After a day, I received an invitation for an onsite interview scheduled for next week. I met with 7 people, each for 30 minutes. I met two managers, one staff engineer, two senior engineers, and two junior engineers.
Personally, I felt the interview was organized poorly. Some people did not show up on time, and others ran late.
