During my second round of interviews, I repeatedly asked HR if the interviewer was late, should we proceed with the interview or not. She assured me everything would be fine.

The interviewer himself was late, joining 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Following this, he continued to receive calls from someone during the interview regarding production issues.

I am unsure how my feedback was evaluated. This is completely unprofessional.

My first and third rounds went very well. After completing all rounds, HR informed me that the second round did not go well. Why did the third round even happen?
