My interview was scheduled for 10 a.m. I was on time. The HR representative I was supposed to report to was not in the office. She called me around 10:30 to inform me that she would be there in 30 minutes and said that someone else would be directing me. Around 11:30, I was told I was being interviewed for Round 1.
I went through four rounds on the same day and was informed that I would receive a call for the managerial round. After the exhausting day, I thought I had completed all rounds and waited for the managerial round for a week. I realized something was off. I tried to contact the HR representative via email but didn't receive any reply. Later, when I called her and asked about it, she gave a lame reason and said she would call back in 15 minutes. Well, I didn't get the call back.
I wonder if the HR representatives were directed to handle this process this way instead of telling a candidate they are not moving forward. At least, they should inform us if we weren't selected, or else stop saying, "We will inform you" or "We will keep you posted."
Round 1: Memory Management, some problems on Arrays, LinkedList, and some basic Java questions.
Round 2: Some questions on Core Java.
Round 3: LinkedList questions and discussion about the projects I worked on.
Round 4: Bar Raiser round (I didn't know they conduct this round). Questions on Trees and Arrays.
