Worst interview process I have ever faced in my 8 years of IT career.

I completed the first round in September 2020, and the process continued until April 2021. After these 6 months and 5 rounds, they asked me to complete one more round. However, I had already submitted my documents after 5 rounds because the feedback was positive.

The 6th round never happened. HR stopped responding to emails and calls. I felt this was very unprofessional for an iconic brand like PayPal.

Questions for PayPal:

• Do you have a defined interview process with a fixed number of interviews?
• Why did my 5 rounds of interviews take 6 months?
• Why did I not receive an offer after 5 rounds of interviews with positive feedback?
• How did the 6th round suddenly come into the picture?
• Why did the 6th round never happen?
• Why did the candidate (me) not receive clear communication?

Normal interview process:

First round was an online test. Second round was DS Algo. Third round was Java and LLD. Fourth round was HLD. Fifth round was also HLD; however, it was supposed to be a managerial round. Sixth round never happened.
