1. Technical Interview 1 (DS and Java) - The technical discussion panel was a very good and positive experience.

2. Technical Interview 2 (DS and Design) - Complex design problems and data structures were discussed with positive energy.

3. HR Feedback - The HR had no clue about feedback and disappeared for the next 15 days. When I sent an email, there was no response. When I called, the HR asked me, "Can you please help me with who conducted the interview and on which date?" This was the funny part of the process. I then understood they were not in sync, and I decided to withdraw.

Suggestion to Techies: Do not attend PayPal interviews unless they are confident about hiring.

Suggestion to HR: Please be crystal clear about the interview process and stay on track. Do not deviate from the process. Communicate whether the feedback is negative or positive, or you will be left with non-technical PayPal employees.
