The interview process contains three interviews, conducted separately by three people.

The first two interviews were technical, each led by a software engineer. These two tech interviews were conducted similarly, overlapping and therefore not well organized. Both included technical questions and a live coding session. Being able to solve the coding problems did not satisfy the interviewers. The interviewers also did not seem to fully understand the answers to technical questions (Java, Multithreading, OOP, Spring).

The third interview was with the hiring manager. This interview focused on past projects and concluded that the candidate, despite nearly seven years of experience, could not do new development.

Do not waste your time interviewing. They do not know how to conduct proper interviews to evaluate and hire a software engineer.
