Pros: Good salary, great party, good CEO, nice location.
Cons: Senior management constantly tries hard to set a GF/BF for you, even if you like it or not. Chinese managers are more involved, helping Chinese candidates get a job and trying to hook up those Chinese guys/girls with fellow Americans to maintain their visa status. Some employees know nothing, like Jon Snow, still doing the job because of good contacts.
