First, candidates take a written examination that tests programming and analytical skills.
Next, there are 3-4 rounds of interviews. The technical content varies:
- One interview discusses the written exam and a few easy problems.
- A second interview discusses your profile or past projects.
- A third interview focuses on programming concepts.
- A fourth interview is primarily for HR and to answer your questions, but may include some programming elements.
