I was reached out to by the recruiter via email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was just to get a high-level overview of the technologies I am familiar with.
After that, I had a virtual interview, which was Spring Boot heavy.
Then, I was ghosted.

Pros: Even for a duration as short as 3 months, I learned a lot and added new skills to my learnings. The bonus point for me was the latest technology stack and the fact that everyone is so keen to upgrade themselves.
Cons: None that I could think of.

Pros: My team let me run a whole project as an intern, and while it could have backfired easily with me screwing things up, I just continuously followed up and got them done, and so everyone was happy.
Cons: I would have loved some more personal mentorship.
