1st round: Problem solving, including a DP question and some other array questions. 2nd round: Again, problem solving with a focus on Java. 3rd round: Manager round, focused on system design and your past projects.
After one day, I was asked to send documents, specifically my competitive offer and other details. My competitive offer was too good. After sending those documents, HR stopped picking up my calls and replying to my emails.
After a week, they called me back and said the manager had reduced the headcount and they were trying to map me to another manager.
This was my worst experience ever; I didn't expect this from PayPal.
