Process
The company came to our college for a campus selection.
First, there was an aptitude and skills written test comprising about 20 puzzle questions and 3 programming questions.
After that, about 20 persons were shortlisted for one-on-one interviews.
There were two rounds of one-on-one interviews: HR and technical.
In the HR round, they looked to ascertain whether the candidate would fit in with the company culture and the job they were offering. The technical interview was easy. They asked questions about basic programming and the things mentioned in the CV.
