They will totally screw you over!
The interview process was normal, conducted over the course of a week. Then I received a job offer within a day or two.
I took a week to think about it and then, over the next three weeks, waited for them to provide the offer paperwork.
Every day or two I would call for updates, just assuming it was because my recruiter had literally started that month. Then, after nearly a month of stringing me along, they called to tell me they had changed their mind! The hiring manager was instead going to take an internal hire, so they were rescinding my job offer!
I was completely disgusted by the unprofessionalism. If they didn’t want me, they should have told me or simply waited until they knew for sure. Instead, they strung me along for weeks, lying to my face, while they were obviously just interviewing someone else.
I was so upset, especially since I am moving and needed the job and had literally stopped looking for other opportunities. If you apply, be ready for them to screw you over. Even if you get the offer, I doubt they're someone you want to work for.
I don’t remember, but I think it was just the standard interview stuff.
