Initially contacted by the manager. Had a small conversation with the manager and then initial technical phone interview. Basic Java questions were asked. The second round was 6 interviews, 45 mins each. Questions mainly focused on core Java concepts, design patterns, and web services. Also, at PayPal, they give importance to enthusiasm and interests shown by the candidate.
