It was a weekend hiring event.
We were given an assignment to complete, but the recruitment team sent the wrong assignment details to me. The whole event was badly unorganized.
After the assignment, the second round was on Data Structures and Algorithms. It went well.
The third round was again on DS & Algo and Java. The interviewer was completely exhausted and was not even interested in listening to my answers.
The next day, the recruiter informed me that I had cleared all rounds. Next, I would have a Hiring Manager round.
The fourth round was a techno-managerial round. It went well.
After this interview, the recruiter informed me that I would have one final interview the next day.
The fifth round was on DS and System Design. It went very well; the interviewer was impressed by my approach.
After two days, I received an email for document submission. I sent all the required documents but never heard back from them. I wrote several emails to all recruiters involved in this hiring and received no response.
I believe a candidate deserves proper feedback and a response from the recruitment team after investing all their time in preparation and interviews.
