Cons: Corporate office politics is rampant. Reorgs and layoffs are constant. There's a huge layer of fat in middle management that slows things down and refuses to be cut. Priorities change every day. There's a lack of vision, transparency, or accountability from management. Compensation is pretty average. The company is adopting a sweatshop mentality with the new CEO. The path to promotions and career growth is unclear. There's no innovation, and engineers lack the bandwidth to even think about innovation.
