Process
The position was at a branch office, but the interview was conducted at headquarters. I interviewed with five or six people, including developers and managers.
Questions included brain teasers, technical questions (data structures, code efficiency), and general questions. I felt they wanted to test the interviewee's problem-solving ability. They also asked me to write down code and explain its logic.
The interviewers were nice and friendly.
