Pros: People are mostly friendly. The benefits package is good. The company spends a significant amount of money on morale-boosting activities.
Cons: Management actively promotes only those who tell them what they want to hear and suppresses dissenting opinions. This is particularly acute with regards to project planning, resulting in half-baked, rushed code.
