Extremely slow. Even after an interview goes very well and the manager gives positive feedback, they take months to move to the next step. Suddenly, process changes, and they want to do another round of interviews. Don't waste your time here.
A software engineer came up with a "Google searched" coding question. I am sure he did not know the answer because when I asked him for the exact solution, after I got to the closest possible answer within five minutes of thinking, he did not provide the solution. He looked lost himself!
He wrote something on the board, but when I walked through a sample scenario, it did not work. So, when he, as an interviewer, after research, did not have a "perfect" answer, he expects me to solve it in three to five minutes?!
Now I wait and wait for weeks after they spoke to me about salary expectations, etc. Then they say, "By the way, we want to do another round of interviews." Forget it!
