Pros: People here at every level know what they want to achieve. From the top, there are well-defined objectives and a roadmap to keep the team on track to achieving goals in a timely manner. People are extremely accessible and always ready to give you a hand in every way possible to help you get your work done and tasks completed – there is a sense of "team". Also, there is plenty of room to grow, a clear career path laid out, and the tools to walk through it. Company-wide objectives are always achieved every year, and the company recognizes its employees' efforts well and demonstrates it.

Cons: Although there is a well-established career path and a lot of tools and incentives to help you grow, sometimes it might just take some time.

Pros: Good culture, helpful people, smart.

Cons: Too many H1Bs. New CEO is too focused on cost-cutting to the point where it inhibits productivity.
