Process
The interview process consisted of:
- 30-minute recruiter screening phone call
- 60-minute hiring manager video call
- Five 60-minute interview panel (4 behavioral, 1 system design) through video calls
- 30-minute interview with a senior leader video call
I received excellent communication from my recruiter and recruiting coordinator throughout the process, but was ghosted after completion. I can safely assume I was rejected, but it was pretty disappointing to never receive a final result after completing a lengthy interview process.
