Process

The HR approached me via LinkedIn and asked me to send my resume. Subsequently, I was called for a face-to-face interview.

They conducted three rounds: two technical discussions and one manager round.

The interview process was smooth, but the problem lies with their approach post-interview. The HR stated I had been shortlisted and would need to attend one more round, which would be conducted by phone as the interviewers were from the US.

That was it. They never responded back. I have been calling every Monday, and the same HR keeps telling me she will schedule the call in the coming weeks. It has now been over a month, or six weeks, and I still haven't received a proper response. I even asked if there was any issue with my hiring. The HR would assure me there was no problem and that she would let me know once the call was scheduled.

I just want to request that you do not give false hope to candidates. Please inform them directly whether they are hired or not, instead of dragging them along and making them wait for your reply.
