Process
There were 3 technical rounds, and what should have been one Hiring Manager round turned out to be two. I'm guessing they overhired and needed to get rid of me.
They took my documentation, pay slips, and appraisal data from the last 2 years (I'm a consistent top performer, i.e., highest appraisal rating at a respectable product company, and a small-time OSS contributor). They then conducted another HM round (2 in total) and ghosted me. I hope your recruiters grow a spine. I've added PayPal to my blacklist :)
