I see the same reviews on Blind and Glassdoor about PayPal/Venmo: they interview candidates and never offer.

These people just waste your time. I applied with a referral and got an interview.

They rushed the panel interview with not much time. There were 4 rounds, 1 hour each:

• 3 coding rounds
• 1 system design

I executed all code well within the time limit and in a fully efficient way. They came back telling me I was not selected.

These people don't even provide exact feedback. They wasted my time and energy. I see the same reviews on Blind and Glassdoor about PayPal/Venmo; they just play around.
