Process

I applied for the position of Technical Evangelist (Trainer). There were four rounds of technical interviews.

The first interview was basic. The second was lengthy, lasting nearly an hour, medium tough, and included a presentation. The fourth round was with a Senior Manager and was more general about training.

After clearing all the rounds, the HR did not respond to my emails. When I inquired with the agency, they told me I was rejected in the last round. The reason given was that I had stated I refused to work on new technologies, which is not true.
