- Good life/work balance
- Payments always on time
- Old Android (no Compose)
- Lots of bureaucracy for everything
- Lots of people with horrible oral English
- Tickets with almost no description of what's needed for the dev part
- Very short time for projects
- They change teams weekly, so every project is with a new team, and sometimes communication/overlaps are a real problem, especially with India devs

Android Developer
Initial 60-minute screening call with Karat, which included a few questions about the domain and then a simple DSA question. The four rounds included Android, Leadership, DSA, and System Design.
Senior SDET
Four rounds, technical mostly. Asked nor really hard questions. Generally liked how it looked, but the last round was like they already weren't really interested in me. Previous ones were really positive, though.
