Pros

They aspire to what they have read in books. The people who wrote the books acknowledged years ago they were wrong. Now they have to trust B2B to fix their problems.

Cons

Inexperienced at the highest level. Patronizing. Overzealous and deeply critical of the shoulders their paychecks were created on. Many senior managers were let go from their prior jobs for being inept and toxic. Everybody deserves a second chance, but given the stress levels, I don’t think you’re letting the best get action in the game. Does PayPal actually know who they hired at very senior levels? This company tries to sponsor watered-down educations to create a new age feudalism.

Advice to Management

Nobody wants to work for 49-year-old senior managers who have delivered words on a resume over actual things that are still running.
