Good company, good boss, but not a good team
PayPal has great cultures and work-life balance. Nobody disturbs me after work. As long as you hit your KPI, you don't have to worry about anything else. It's so sad that PayPal decided to close down its operations centre in Malaysia entirely.
Unfortunately, I was put on the team that had a lot of people who disliked me. It might be because I was a new joiner with minimal exposure in the industry, yet I outperformed a lot of tenured teammates. Other than that, everything was fine.
