Good benefits, career growth, awesome people.
So much politics in the company.
I applied through UBC's co-op website and had a 30-minute in-person interview. I was very nervous during the interview, but the interviewer was so nice and made me somewhat relaxed. It was a co-op position, so there was just one round of interviews.
Overall asked for spiral 2D spiral matrix array, and asked few questions based on resume. Asked about DFS and BFS of trees along with time complexity and space complexity explanation.
I went through three rounds: * One behavioral * Two technical The first round was easy, and the second was a bit harder. Overall, the process was pretty fast and didn’t require much effort on my end.
