Too many reorganizations (and layoffs). Many teams have been through three or more reorganizations over the past 12 months. The head reorganizations result in job reductions and cause a significant amount of instability for employees' jobs.
Too many teams in San Jose are non-diverse. We have huge blocks of the organization that are only Indians. Why aren't there more minorities and non-Asians on these teams?
