Good benefits. Flexibility to work remote/in-office. Training and education material.
Like other people have stated, the management is downright awful. My skip pretended for us to be a wolf pack and that we would look out for each other, but as soon as I had to take leave because my family needed me, I was treated as a pariah. They let me go based on forged lies in the middle of parental leave. The manager was a slave driver too, and most people in my team warned me when I joined. The product has lots of legacy baggage.
You pretend to care about global issues and inclusion, but Ukraine isn't the only crisis the world is facing, and LGBTQ+ isn't the only minority facing discrimination.
Great than expected. Very professional interview team. Great HR and hiring manager, smoothly scheduled. Totally 5 rounds of interviews: HR, manager, director, co-workers, and another related director. Everyone was nice and polite. No offensive questi
4. Round of Interviews. The first two interviews are just to make sure you are the right fit for the job. The last two interviews consist of questions regarding your skills in the area of work.
Very structured; got discussion with various teams, i.e., Product, Sales, and Solutions. Should know the subject matter very well. Technical and client-facing skills are tested as well. Good to have knowledge in the payment domain.
