Biased and judgmental senior management is demoralizing a greater section of employees. This is hampering others' chances to grow.
Certain technology groups give no damn to recognize real talent.
Internal employee movement does not really work.
Senior management feels that rewarding the top 20% of talent is just good enough and there is no need to bother if the rest of the 80% are rewarded adequately.
Please focus on your employees. In spite of great performance YoY, employees are feeling left over and not rewarded well enough.
