I did not find anything exciting in the Risk team.
Worst Management. Typical core industry and non-technical managers. They are like, for them Orange and Mango are the same because both are round. Technologies are very old. Mostly maintenance work. Highly political place; you will be trapped into unproductive daily gossips. Engineers' qualities are very poor.
Resign for the sake of PayPal and get some training before joining the next company.
