Pros

Good culture. Leadership puts in effort and ensures an employee-friendly culture is maintained, even after new managers are hired or internal promotions are done. Supportive team members. Flexible working: 2 days WFH and 3 days office. Ample opportunities. You just name it, and leadership will provide you opportunities to prove your potential, which can help you grow. I just love being part of PayPal for its culture.

Cons

I can't think of anything except that 3 days in the office is mandatory, which is hard to meet considering Bangalore's traffic.

People are not in the habit of working from the office anymore, so 3 days are unproductive. Alternatively, people have to work late in the evening on those days to compensate for time wasted in the name of collaboration in the office.

Advice to Management

Work from office should be a choice now, considering people have proved they are more productive from home. We are wasting time in the name of collaboration. Work from home is the future, so why not adapt to it now?

If we still want to consider collaboration, make it 1 or 2 days a week, and that too not mandated. Let people try to go to the office whenever they can.

Revise salary. People with lesser experience are getting more than us outside of PayPal.

Give employees the choice to choose whether they want copay for parental insurance or not, even if the premium is higher without copay.
