Pros

Some learning opportunities Good compensation Great benefits if you work in San Jose. Poor benefits elsewhere.

Cons

Dead-end job unless you are from the same region of India as your boss.

Worst communication from management and between departments of any company I've seen in 30 years.

Advice to Management

Learn to speak and use English. Babbling for an hour straight without actually saying anything does nobody any good. If a manager only wants to hear himself talk, he should do it alone.

Pass along to workers what is going on.

Facilitate job execution instead of micromanaging.

For once, put quality ahead of time constraints. Brute force, unmaintainable, fragile code should be the temporary exception, not a way of life. Get rid of the hot potato mentality; it is okay to have a task for more than a week without punting it. The blame game should come last, not first, when a problem is found.
