I have been here for 4 years and I have seen almost 6-8 re-orgs in such a short time.
I see that senior leadership has no clear vision. Their indecisive nature leads to a lot of confusion among the employees when the projects are moved around the teams very frequently for no reason.
Please have a clear vision. Please stop unnecessary re-orgs, or make re-orgs which benefit the company and stick to them. Frequent experimentation in the name of re-orgs is just confusing employees and wasting company time and talent.
