Too much management change has been bad for employees
Office facilities are good. Good transport, good canteen, good maintenance.
Indian management is without a vision.
There are no projects, and hiring is bad. Technically, the work is good for freshers, but it uses old-age technologies. There is too much stress for employees.
Interviews or bar raisers for already working employees, unfair practices and evaluations, and bad managers are issues.
Recent layoffs have now been added to the list of cons.
Upper management has to think of the employees and the effects that they are causing to employees and their families.
Layoffs, instability, and constantly changing the process and vision take their toll, especially with no new projects to work on.
