Was interesting once, now a complete demotivation
Freedom to take up work as the employee wishes. Up to the individual to learn and grow within the org. Paid on par with the competition. Good work-life balance.
Managers themselves are not aware of what's happening within the organization.
Career growth is a question for the employees.
Lots of changes within the organization leave the employees clueless about what's happening.
Not sure of what the future is for the Chennai Development Centre.
Lots of attrition in recent times.
A total demotivation among the employees. Not sure if the people are really interested in coming to work daily.
Not that open to switching to open technologies.
People are not opening up and interested in learning new technologies.
Upper management should be open to the employees.
Fails to provide motivation to employees. Fails to inspire people, at least with good speeches.
