Bad management. You get forced to join teams that suddenly become high priority, and in 6-7 months, the entire team is laid off. There are layoffs every year, but the world doesn't know about it. Every year, there is a 10% reduction in workforce through PIP culture. It's better to take another offer than to join and get laid off.
