I just talked to several directors, managers, and architects. I was asked about my work experience. There was no skill test whatsoever, as the IT department's management has really poor tech skills.

It was an easy campus interview. It had 4 rounds: 1 HR round and 3 technical rounds.

Round 1 was for basic coding questions (Greedy, Dynamic Programming, and graphs). Round 2 was a personal interview (data structures like linked lists and greedy questions were asked). Round 3 was an HR interview.
