No pros to join here.

There is no day I was happy working here. I truly regret why I joined here, leaving my previous company.

Heavy toxic culture and internal politics. No equality for female employees. There is a way too much discrimination and bullying.

No professionalism is followed in meetings. If someone is in a higher role, they will bully you and pull you into any context in meetings. No one has empathy and they completely drain you with workloads.

I don't know about other teams, but especially in my team, I am suffering with a very bad tech lead who is literally a micromanaging person with zero professionalism.

Try to follow and make sure everyone follows the leadership principles that are currently in place.
