Good facilities: AC buses, free juice, and biscuits, etc.
Unbalanced payment system: Freshers paid more than experienced people.
Even with freshers, the salary structure is not good.
No job security whatsoever. Everyday employees come with the fear that today their name should not be in the list of firings.
Please maintain some consistency and stop the unnecessary and regular firing.
