Too much toxic work culture, along with immense work pressure
- Pay is okay, and work is somewhat okay.
- Politics and favoritism are at their peak.
- Managers literally scold you and threaten consequences if you are not working hard.
- It's exhausting, and politics and favoritism are present.
- Everyone is loaded with lots of work, so don't expect teammates to help you.
- They are just hiring in the name of diversity.
The India unit is a cheap labour place. Have some mercy.
