Management is not what I had expected. They don't know what to do with the college grads they hire and assign crappy work. This is pretty much the same with every person they've hired.
The technology being used is age-old compared to other companies. If you want to learn anything other than the business domain, then you should probably choose some other offer.
However, I believe that the trend might change in a few years, as they're hiring more and more young people.
