The people doing the real work are great! Everybody wants to get work done, and people get along well.
Good pay.
Management is horrible! The managers stay here forever since nobody else will hire them. They only manage up and make numbers look good for senior management. The managers here get paid very well and make working very difficult instead of enabling their teams to work better.
Had 3 rounds of interviews, including a phone screening with Senior Engineers from SJC. They were knowledgeable and very keen to listen. I was given questions on HTML, CSS, and JS, as well as situations on web development and code practices. Overall,
This depends on the teams. Some positions are being hired without the seven rounds of interviews, while others are very aggressive.
It typically takes a few rounds to clear before receiving an offer. The hiring and interview process is great. This is a very good company to work for, offering opportunities for growth and some very good projects to work on.
