Gained fantastic hands-on experience building real-world solutions with Java Spring, Milvus, and LangGraph.

Beyond the great tech, the work culture was exceptional. The environment was low-pressure with flexible timings, and the overall office vibe made it a very comfortable and productive place to work.

The primary challenge was being re-assigned to a different team midway through the internship. This required managing responsibilities for both teams simultaneously. Being evaluated for conversion by a new manager based on a very short timeframe felt difficult and added unnecessary pressure.

Improve the intern team-mapping process to ensure stability.

Assigning interns to a single, consistent team for the entire program would provide a more coherent experience and ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation for full-time opportunities.
