There are 3 different interviews: 1. HR 2. Engineer Manager 3. Engineer team Each interview has an evaluation panel that tests your ability for the job. Depending on the position, there is a codepad evaluation.

It was a good, easy interview. Type: Load Balancing Algorithm Function: Distributes requests sequentially across a group of servers. After reaching the end of the list, it starts again from the first server.

There was some actual compiled coding in an IDE, but the discussion was decent. Multiple engineers sat in the room with me. Overall, the questions weren’t very difficult, but they expected object-oriented knowledge rather than just LeetCode skills.
