Decent work-life balance on average.
Very limited employee benefits in recent years.
Very friendly interviewer. They will help you understand the question. There are 2 interviews. Each is a 45-minute technical coding interview. You will share your screen while coding. They expect you to describe your approach before proceeding.
TLDR Version: TERRIBLE experience. Interviewer was at a park or something and wasn't fully invested in the interview. Asked questions not at all related to the role. I had to repeat questions to the interviewer a few times due to him not fully liste
The interview process took about 5 hours. First, there were the IQ tests. (e.g., given a stack of pennies, how do you determine if all the pennies can fill this room?) Second, the interviewer presented pre-defined questions with programming errors
